Sessions

1-Hour Reiki Session

Your one-hour vacation will help clear energy blockages so your body can heal itself. They are very relaxing, stress-relieving, and good for pain relief. Sessions are done fully clothed utilizing a gentle touch.

Spiritual Mentoring

We offer a spiritual approach to helping you find and follow the path to your desired lifestyle. Who are your guides or angels? How do you contact them and receive their guidance? Is it real or is it just your imagination? What is it you really want to achieve? How do you plan to accomplish it? Once you have a destination in mind, then the journey begins.

$150 (first hour)
Additional time is charged in 1/2-hour increments.
Sessions can be in person, on the phone, or on Skype.

Past Life Regression

Our past life regression services are a safe, observed journey that you make into your past lives. You will find your own answers and remember them. I am only here to guide you down your path and for possible clarification.

1-Hour Reiki Plus Session

This Reiki session includes the relaxing energy work, but it is custom-tailored for each individual. This includes chakra balancing, guidance, and messages from your guides and angels. These sessions are never the same.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

This technique helps release mental and emotional blockages that keep you from living the life you want. It works on releasing traumas, PTSD, phobias, self-confidence blockages, and more. Once the negative blockages and doubts are removed, we can begin using EFT for accomplishing your goals, smoking cessation, weight loss, sports performance, health issues, and so much more.

$100 (first hour)
Additional time is charged in 1/2-hour increments.

Hypnosis

If you have issues you need to work through or goals you want to accomplish, hypnosis may be the answer. The first session will be a consultation to determine what issues you want to work on. After that, Donna will create a hypnosis session based on the initial consultation information. The actual hypnosis comes in the second session.

Classes

Reiki 1 and 2 Class

These classes are taught together in one intense two-day weekend. You will actually be doing Reiki with the people you choose. Reiki 1 teaches you the history, hand positions, and working and attuning the energy. Reiki 2 gives you your first three symbols, which help you focus the energy on mental, physical, and emotional issues, and your second level attunement to increase your healing energy.

Reiki 4 - Master Class

This is an intensive two-day class where you will learn how to teach Reiki and pass on attunements to your students.

Reiki 3

This one-day class gives you your master symbol, providing you with the fourth symbol, which focuses on the spiritual level. You will learn more techniques for sensing blockages and doing sessions, including working with people, animals, plants, and other objects. We will also provide suggestions for starting your own practice.

Reiki 3 and 4 Class

This intensive two-day class is for those who wish to receive their master symbol and go on to teach Reiki and pass on the attunements. We offer individual classes because we have had several say they wanted the master symbol, but were not ready to go on and teach at this time.
